The process of play with intention, when excellence becomes effortless. The Intellectual Athlete way of life, our scientific method, forever flow state– when excellence becomes effortless. Practice doesn’t make perfect it makes imperfect better over time. Through workshop, newsletter, and podcast (soon!).

Creative expression in our hardwired in our DNA, acting as a catalyst for interconnectivity through mechanisms such as neuroplasticity, abstraction, and synchronicity. The way ones favorite song, book, S.T.E.M, art, or film shifts our thinking; watching another persons movement through dance or sport ignites an energy transfer through distance or within a shared space – Artistic Truth Opens Minds.
